Christina K. Crandall, MD, MS 

Resident Physician

Dr. Crandall joined the Department of Family Medicine in 2025. She is a resident physician in training at the Family Medicine Clinic – Island East. Dr. Crandall earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with honors from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas. While at Southwestern, Dr. Crandall earned the distinction of Phi Beta Kappa, Magna Cum Laude and was a Global Health Scholar with distinction. Dr. Crandall completed her Master of Science in Medical Sciences from The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University.  She then earned her Doctorate of Medicine from The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas.

Dr. Crandall is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics (ALSO), Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS) and is a Certified Wilderness First Responder. She also has advanced training in responding to opioid overdose and suicide prevention.

Dr. Crandall has academic, clinical and research interests in Lifestyle Medicine, Sports Medicine, Integrative Medicine, Academic Medicine, Innovation and Care for Underserved Populations, specifically persons with disabilities.
