Dr. Nguyen joined the Department of Family Medicine & Community Health in 2026. She is a resident physician in training at the Family Medicine Clinic – Island East. Dr. Nguyen earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities in Minneapolis, MN. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in Harlem, NY
Dr. Nguyen is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
Dr. Nguyen's academic and clinical interests are in working with immigrant and uninsured patients from disadvantaged backgrounds, health disparities, full spectrum family medicine including obstetrics.
