A PERSONAL NOTE FROM DR. JOSEPH

Hello! My name is Sunil Joseph. I was born in Fort Worth, Texas, grew up in Houston, and have called Texas my home ever since. I attended the University of Texas at Austin, where I earned my bachelor's degree in Human Biology. Afterward, I spent some time gaining real-world experience in various fields before embarking on my journey to becoming a doctor. To this end, I earned my Master’s in Medical Sciences and my Doctor of Osteopathy from William Carey University in Mississippi.

I was accepted into the family medicine residency program at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, Texas, where I plan to continue my learning and deepen my passion for healing, particularly in the field of sports medicine. I hope to stay in Texas for the long term because there’s truly no place like home. In my free time, I enjoy playing tennis, pickleball, working out, gardening, and spending time with my friends.
