A PERSONAL NOTE FROM DR. MOHMED
Hello, my name is Stephanie Mohmed and I am a native Texan from Fort Worth. I attended Texas A&M University at Galveston for my undergrad studies and am excited to be back in Galveston at UTMB for residency! I found my way to a career in medicine because of my passion for teaching and my desire to empower patients with knowledge to improve their health. My interests in medicine include women's health, obstetrics, pediatrics and OMT, but I chose family medicine specifically because of the ability to treat all stages of life.
UTMB serves a diverse and complex patient population which provides a great opportunity for growth as a family medicine physician.
In my free time I enjoy cooking, crafting, and spending time with my husband and daughter.
