Jatinder Paul Singh, DO, MS

Resident Physician

Dr. Singh joined the Department of Family Medicine in 2022. He is a resident physician in training at the Family Medicine Clinic – Island East. Dr. Singh earned his Bachelor of Science in biology at Baylor University in Waco, Texas.  Dr. Singh earned his Master's of Science by completing graduate studies in biomedical sciences from the University of North Texas Health Science Center (UNTHSC).   Dr. Singh earned his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from UNTHSC Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth, Texas.

Dr. Singh is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). He is also a Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS).

Dr. Singh's academic and clinical interests include sports medicine and osteopathic manipulative medicine.

A PERSONAL NOTE FROM DR. SINGH

A lifelong Texas resident, I never really strayed too far from home. I grew up in Spring, did my undergrad at Baylor University (Sic’ Em Bears!) and eventually made my way up to Fort Worth to get my Masters at UNTHSC and attend medical school at Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. My passions growing up were always medicine adjacent; athletic trainer, physical therapist, EMT/flight paramedic…but I kept finding myself drawn back to medicine and devoting myself to a career of lifelong learning and healing. I’ve been fortunate enough to remain in Texas throughout my journey, the community that raised me and whom I one day look to give back to. I fell in love with family medicine because for a lifelong learner, your care for patients spans the breadth of their life span and you touch on all forms of social, physical and spiritual problems in addition to their medical needs. In my spare time I can be found lifting weights, drawing or playing D&D.
