A PERSONAL NOTE FROM DR. FISHER
Hello, my name is Chance Fisher. I was raised in Magnolia, Texas. I completed my undergraduate education at Stephen F. Austin State University (SFASU) in Nacogdoches, Texas. While attending SFASU, I also met my wife, Alyssa Fisher. Alyssa and I were fortunate enough to attend medical school together at The University of Incarnate Word School of Osteopathic Medicine in San Antonio, Texas prior to matching into residency together here at UTMB. We have a 19-month-old daughter and 2 dogs. We are very excited to join the Galveston community! I am particularly interested in sports medicine and rural medicine. In my spare time, I enjoy sports, the outdoors, and spending time with family.
