Dr. Wang joined the Department of Family Medicine in 2022 as a resident and after graduation joined the Family Medicine faculty. He sees patients at the Family Medicine Clinic – Dickinson and currently serves as an Assistant Professor with a focus on Faculty Development.
Dr. Wang earned his Bachelor of Science in biology at The University of Texas at Austin. Dr. Wang earned his Doctorate of Medicine from The University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas then completed his residency training at UTMB Health.
Dr. Wang's academic and clinical interests include clinical and basic science research, clinical procedures, general practice, obstetrics and gynecology .
