It's Thursday morning September 27th at 7:30am and one-by-one we watch 10 fresh new faces walk into the Primary Care Pavilion with the anticipation of becoming one of UTMB Health's Family Medicine Residency Class of 2022.
A panel of 5 interviewers consisting of faculty, residents and staff will interview 10 candidates per week from Sept 27, 2018 through January 16, 2019, excluding holidays.
This year we have the privilege of interviewing more UTMB Health School of Medicine graduates than in years past, as well as many candidates from UT System and several other Texas medical schools. Go Texas!!
We anticipate interviewing 130 candidates out of over 1300 applications. Good Luck to our candidates, we wish we could take you all!
