The UTMB Health Department of Family Medicine is pleased to announce that David M. Eisenberg, MD will present a lecture, Healthy Kitchens, Healthy Lives, on Thursday, April 4, 2013. This lecture is open to the public, and will be followed by a luncheon. There is no cost associated with attendance, but seating is limited and attendees must register prior to the event.
Dr. Eisenberg's lecture is sponsored by the Integrative Medicine Lectureship in Nutrition, with funding from the W.D. and Laura Nell Nicholson Lecture Series, and from the Charles H. and Mary Campbell Integrative Medicine Fund.
Dr. Eisenberg is an Associate Professor of Nutrition at the Harvard University School of Public Health, as well as Executive Vice President for Health Research and Education at the Samueli Institute.
This lecture and discussion are open to the public. It will take place from 12-1:30pm on Thursday, April 4, 2013 in the Community Room of the Galveston Island Community Center, 4700 Broadway, Galveston, Texas, and will be followed by a luncheon.
