There's a new family medicine doctor in the house.
Dr. Tuere Coulter joined the Department of Family Medicine on October 15. Dr. Coulter comes to us from the Baylor Department of Family and Community Medicine in Houston where she was an Assistant Professor. She is a graduate of the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Medicine and did her residency training at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth. Following her residency, she completed a maternal child health fellowship in Oak Park Illinois during which she enhanced her skills in operative obstetrics and women’s healthcare.
Dr. Coulter is a faculty member in the Family Medicine Residency program and will care for patients at our Family Medicine Clinic - Dickinson. She will be supervising residents and assisting Dr. Julie McKee in obstetric care, including labor and delivery.
