The curriculum in the Family Medicine Residency Program is shaped by several sources, including requirements of the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME), the American Board of Family Practice (ABFP), and the program review committee utilizing information gained through the evaluation process. The program will maintain compliance with applicable accrediting agencies, but recognizes that such agencies generally specify only minimum standards, whereas our committee strives to achieve excellence.
