Medical Director

Medical director, Jennifer Raley, M.D., is responsible for clinic operations, financial management, and human resource management.  Dr. Raley responds to all issues concerning patients, staff and providers.

Senior Practice Manager

Practice manager, Lynda Cortese, is responsible for strategic planning, personnel, operational and financial management of the clinic. Lynda Cortese supervises all non-medical personnel. She responds to issues arising in the clinic.

Nurse Manager

Cheryl Randle is responsible for clinical personnel. Nursing staff are committed to providing patients with quality care, education, and human services in partnership with other clinical providers to contribute to a healthier patient.

Outpatient Service Associate (OSA)Staff

Outpatient service associates are at the core of clinical operations, they are patient's first contact with the clinic. The staff is trained in all aspects of non-medical care of the patient.

Medical Record Technicians

Medical records techinicians are available to handle all issues related to patient records.

Coding and Reimbursement

Coding and reimbursement specialists assist providers in procedural and diagnostic coding. They respond to all questions related to billing of third-party payors and handle patient billing questions and concerns.
